Throughout time, I've tried out the iPad Air 2, 2nd Gen 12.9" iPad Pro, A12x iPad Pro 12.9", M2 iPad Pro 11", 9th Generation iPad, 4th Generation iPad Air, both the 11" and 13" M2 iPad Air, and I've returned every single one of them before the return period ended. I found no use case for them because the operating system did not fit my lifestyle or needs. To me, I've tried using iPads and they've failed miserably to be part of my work and creative life. Samsung tablets are the way to go for me personally.

With the M4 CPU there is no reason the iPad could not run both MacOS and iPadOS. Apple just refuses to do it because they want you to purchase both a MacBook and an iPad. If Apple really wanted to remain innovative, they would do this. But they are too afraid it will hurt their bottom line. There is no reason we should still be carrying around both laptops and tablets when tablets are now powerful enough to do both for most use cases. The reality is the first company to successfully merge the mobile and PC platforms will end up being king. So far Microsoft is the only one attempting to do it with the Surface but they still have more hardware/software hurdles to cross than Apple does.

I have tried matte screen protectors in the past. They are nowhere near as good as the anti-reflective glass that S24 ultra has which I own. Which is the same as on tab S10 ultra (gorilla glass armor). They ruin display quality

I had same thoughts but I wouldn't upgrade anyways.. The S10 anti glare coating will be superior to regular screen protectors. I've tried matte protectors in the past on my s8/s9 ultra and they look bad.. But consider this!.... First even though the S10 coating is better it's not perfect... You will lose some clarity and colors very minimum but some.... Also if you like need a screen protector on your tablet.. You will either.. have to buy a glossy one which defeats the purpose of the anti glare .... or buy another anti glare screen protector which will now be x2 anti glare coating and really ugly up the display...

All iPads and MacBooks have had this kind of anti reflective coating for nearly 10 years now. Samsung is finally catching up to Apple. It’s not a matte film, it’s an anti reflective coating, which is 100 times more expensive to make than the matte film or matte glass. That’s the only reason I buy Apple stuff because they all have this anti reflective coating, for a long time.

I have had every Galaxy Tab since the Tab S6. I currently have the Galaxy Fold 5 and Galaxy Watch Ultra, sold my Tab S9, and I went out and bought the IPad M4 Celluar 1 TB version 11 inch. It works great with my Fold 5 and it is a superior Tablet vs the Tab S10. You get what you pay for. And I have NEVER owned an Apple product before.

Im a ipad fanboy, i owned pretty much top-tier ipad every other year until 2018 ipad Pro sincs the OG ipad. Sure, the iPad m4 is a laptop class processor but restricted in mobile os. It is in another class. The numbers would outshine the samsung tab mobile processor %100, but in the real world, samsung's os flexibility beat it unmatched. Buying an iPad is buying a potential that it could be, but how many years had it been that apple is selling/marketing that potential generation after generation. I can only be a sucker for so long.
