Ok i found the solution. I created a folder in documents named watches and moved the file there, now it becomes clickable.

My only challenge with the watch face customizations is losing functionality of the watch. What is your workaround for that?

There are some with a secondary screen with status like watch and phone battery, some use a still seconds handle to mark battery level, but yeah, this is mostly for looks, the info you get on complications is not really necessary most of the time anyway, for me at least.

why they don't make them watch bands in different colors let's says if you like you favorite football NFL team or NBA basketball team or college football team don't you want then watch band's you just show us to be that colors like myself I like the GOLDEN STAT WARRIORS 🏀 or college Michigan 🏈 I would want my band to match just to have different colors 🟢🔵🟤⚪️⚫️🔴🟠🟡🟧 that's my opinion brother you can always change the color face but ppls really doesn't pay no attention to that but the watch bands says more 👍🏾😀

Yo, I had the same problem, when you downloaded the files on your phone, edit the file name from .watch to .wlt ON YOUR PHONE ! it worked for me

Isn't that because you have the free version of watchmaker? I'm pretty sure you need to have the paid version of the app to import files.
