The Watch 6 Clsssic is such a classier looking watch on wrist! And could be worn more versatile depending how you customize it . Esp with a colored leather band . ! The watch 7 ultra is more of a sporty chunky watch for a rugged sporty look ! They both work extremely fast and software is up to date !. You wouldn't tell a difference. I love the pretty boy elegant look on my sports watch! So im staying with my Watch 6 clsssic silver with camel band. Can dress it up in any occasion. And the rotating bezzel kills everything and makes your watch so much more cooler without having to touch your screen! Team Watch 6 classic untill the watch 8 classic 🔥🔥

Honestly this is my only concern as to which watch to buy. I do use the LTE on my watch sometimes. I just switched from iPhone and Apple Apple watch ultra which could last a whole day when using LTE. I want to make sure the android watch I choose can last at least a day on LTE

One solid advantage of the GW Classic is that the metal bezel protects the watch. You can band the watch against a wall and the screen will never be in contact.

The reason they still have round display (evennon square body) is because of the UI. After moving from Tizen OS to Wear OS it took many years for watchfaces to get good, moving ti square watch face would invalidate all these watch faces

Man, I'm really loving this ultra . I've had the watch 4 classic , watch 5 pro and now this ultra . The watch 6 classic had the rotating bezel but that just wasn't enough to upgrade to that from the watch 5 pros massive 590 miiliamp hour battery and the ultra retains the same size battery as the pro and just works much more smooth when upgrading from the 5 pro. The rotating bezel is awesome but it doesn't make or break these watches these watches are much more than that.

The Exynos W1000 is a BIG upgrade as it uses actual Big or Performance cores A78, the W900 series has only slow efficency cores. The nanometer process adds a bit efficiency but that is not the thing to focus on while comletely omitting the CPU core architecture

GW Ultra is 10 ATM for up to 10 Minutes. That no one talks about. So, if you go diving to 10 ATM, you will take longer than 10 minutes to come up and hence can spoil your watch. You need watches that have 10 ATM WITHOUT any time restrictions. The GW Ultra is rated for IP 68 which is also 1.5 m water depth of up to 30 minutes. I have already lost a GW 4 Classic (which had IP 68) because I was in a swimming pool for about an hour and water seeped in. Samsung Care + did not help and Samsung asked me to pay $ 147 to get the water out.

You obviously know nothing about diving. First, you can not dive to ten atmosphere's. Second, you could never stay down there for any real time at all. And you seem to be forgetting that taking time to come up, you are lessening your depth the entire time. So you sound extremely ignorant to the topic you chose to rant about. Most divers don't even go down to three atmospheres. And for those who do, you have a very limited time you can stay at three atmospheres, before having to start back up, depending on what you are breathing. So the lesson here is don't make a post or rant about something that you know absolutely nothing about, or you sound like a moron...

The looks of the 6 Classic blow the Ultra out of the water. The 6 fits every occasion. I got a shell for mine whenever I engage in an activity that would require more durability. The 6 can become more durable but the Ultra will never not look hideous. The slight performance gain will never trump the major looks downgrade. The Ultra is targeted at the Galaxy 5 pro users and the Galaxy 8 will go after the Galaxy 6 users (hopefully).

The Galaxy Watch Ultra is not suitable for diving. From Samsung website: Galaxy Watch Ultra is water resistant for up to 10 minutes in water with depth of 100 meters according to ISO22810 standard. The test was conducted in 5% salty water and 4ppm chlorine water. Galaxy Watch Ultra is water resistant with IPx8 rating based on lab conditions of submerging up to 1.5 meters in fresh water for up to 30 minutes. Galaxy Watch Ultra is not suitable for high-pressure water activities and diving. It may be used for shallow-water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and can diminish over time. Refer to the user manual for further information, including care/use instructions.

As I am product design engineer, I don't like the aesthetics of Galaxy watch ultra. It could be okay for other people. Also they could have highlighted the circular bezel by giving different colour to the bulky square area. For the buyers, I suggest you to have some stickering on the square land.
