This! I tried the pixel pro 9 and the highlight of that phone are the cameras. I caught myself doing swipe gestures trying to split screen apps and it does not work the same way 😭. Definitely a big learning curve if you're switching from One Ui to Pixel Ui

Yep. It's very clear which device is on it's 6th iteration from a software standpoint. The 9 pro fold is what I imagine we will get from Apple someday. Very limiting.

I have both as my dailies, and they both have their perks The Galaxy has much better software The Pixel has hardware that I personally enjoy much better Just can't do the narrow remote control form factor of The Z Fold anymore After all of these years, daily driving every Z Fold from the 2-6 It's just tired, played out, and STALE Too much compromise when it's folded in phone form Whereas the PIXEL, has no compromise when folded It's a REAL PHONE. Cut and dry Then it's a TABLET WHEN YOU NEED-IT. The Z Fold on the other hand, is a TABLET that can also double as a mini-phone I prefer the Pixel, and only find myself using the Z Fold when it's time to heavily game 🎮

We must wait for Samsung to test the z fold 6 special edition to see if it works out cause Samsung has to take that route regardless as they are getting killed and destroyed in the hardware space and every year their sales don't look to good

Pixel 9 Pro Fold won mostly shows your real skin tones. The Pixel has much size inside and out the original size was the best. Pixel also has call emoji with sounds that's very cool which both callers can hear.

What made me switch from Samsung to the Pixel is the form factor. I could not tolerate the Fold 6 thin candy bar design further, 8-inch Vs 7.6-inches.

​@@redstang70 so you don't use headphones at all? My phone is either always connected to my Pixel buds pro 1, Pixel buds pro 2, Sony xm4 & 5 or a Chromecast or a nest speaker. Just can't seem to find time to care about how loud the speakers are. Don't get me wrong. The P9P speakers are better than the P8P but even if the P9P had horrible speakers, it was going to be my next phone because the P8P was ridiculously too big in my opinion. In your case, what situations are you playing or depending on the speaker on your phone? Just curious!

Not sure why people expect a foldable to look exactly like a phone! Pixel has done a great job by sticking to a 'foldable' design to get that extra screen space which is more important. Moreover it's much thinner overall compared to the galaxy. One reason why its sound has less bass. Pixel is all respect is a well balanced foldable with a very clean stock android UI and great AI features.

If Google either priced it at $1599 and matched Samsung software and hardware I'd pick the Pixel 9 fold. It's a great size folding phone but the wasted screen space with those pixels are a shame. The hinge also is nearly as strong as Samsung which is scary. You can watch Jerry Rig if you want to see and yes you don't bend them backwards but you never know.

Samsung lets you get the most out of your screen real estate, by letting you make all apps run full screen, hiding the inner camera under the display, using more then two apps at once and being able to watch any video and movie in full screen without cropping. If you want full screen videos/movies without cropping, use samsung internet browser. When using samsung internet, go to settings, useful features, make sure you turn on video assistant, when streaming and type of video or movie from KZbin, Netflix, Amazon prime video, Facebook ect, two blue circles 🔵 will pop up on the bottom right corner under the video/movie, click the one with the stretch icon, it will open that video your watching in samsungs video player, on the bottom of the video the will be a icon to change the aspect ratio of the video/movie, set it to stretch and it will use your full screen. You can also use this feature on your cover display/outter display for true full screen video without cropping. Sounds like a lot, but it's really simple and will take a max of one minute. Ps make sure the video your watching isn't on mute or the blue circles won't pop up.

I once owned a Z fold 3 returned it cause i couldn’t stand the dimensions of the phone. Just gave back my 9 Pro Fold a few days ago cause it felt like it was gonna break every time i took it out of my phone. I got the 9 Pro XL. Loving it.

returned the fold 6 after a day with it. front display is too slim for me and is uncomfortable in the hand from the sharp corners. Bought pixel fold 9, and i am enjoying that one better

@@TheTekEffect Im daily driving the P9PF. zfold 6 was nice for the first 7 days but then it just reminded me of all the things i didn't like from my Z Fold 3. Also camera quality is Way better on the P9PF. Taking photos in darker areas felt like i was using a phone from 2010 on the Z fold 6.
