.hack// is such a great series. I found out about it years ago due to a PS2 Demo Disc that Game Informer Magazines used to have. I could never forget my first time finding out about the .hack// series through G.U. Volume 1 on a demo disc.

on fucking god. back when i was a kid i hit a typo on some anime streaming websites, and i saw .hack the anime, i ignored it first but it was always stuck in my head, i wondered what it was about but somehow i never got to watch it. After 10 years i look in the switch store, and the game was 90% off?? again i found it after 1 hour of scrolling down. I thought to myself, dude 6 bucks aint much lets dive into it. just wow. one of the best jrpgs i ever played. just. Wow.

as someone who has read the light novels of SAO and watched all of dot hack several years ago, I gotta say I'm more in favor of SAO only because SAO actually gets into the mindset of an MMO player and deals with the MMO aspects of the story. Dot hack delves more into the real world and tech references of the late 90s and early 2000. Both are great forms of storytelling and for tl:dr purposes SAO mmo story set for mmo players. Dot hack story telling's that just uses MMO setting as a back drop but does not portray what an MMO is in essence.

Really? I can't imagine why. SAO is fine but there's not way for it compete with dot hack given all the space it has had to create it's worlds and develop it's characters. SAO couldn't hope to match that level with the current amount of content it has, and probably won't have that shot at all unless it happens to start making high quality console games just like the dot hack series did.

Lock Card I haven't seen log horizon is it any good? Because I've heard mixed things about it I've heard some people say it's the greatest thing since Sao and I've heard some people say that it's better than Sao and I've heard others say that it's you know a pile of garbage. I mean I'm going to be honest I did like sword art online I thought it was good however I wasn't like several other people that believe it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Guilty dragon's service only lasted a year before shut down, game's population was pathetic, and all it was trying to do was cashing in on the franchise, because other than set in the same universe, and having the characters we know as cards, excuse me, LEGENDARY CARDS (yeah, real subtle there BanCo) it practically has nothing to do with .hack. Bandai Namco hailed project N.U. as the comeback of .hack series, but really, what they're trying to revive is Guilty Dragon, because they want that sweet sweet, trash mobile game cash cow. The story of this game made me inspired to write my own story. The story just impacted me somehow. Maybe because my sister and I played this game together all the time. This game just holds a special place in my heart because of all the characters that you meet. Everyone of them so unique. Ever scene somewhat heart breaking. Ever since I played the remake and ended it I just feel a small void. The story was over. I seemed like I had nothing left, so I decided to write my own story about this game. I loved it so much that I wanted the story to continue with new characters and old ones to. I wanted to see the grow, even if I brought in other characters from different series I didn’t care. I just wanted to continue the story I once loved. That’s how empowering this game was. I just wish it wasn’t so underrated. It was one of the best bonding moments between me and my sister. Now it seems like I have nothing left besides this small story in my hands. But I know a gentle hand will reach towards me and guide me along. One day. But that day may not be now.
