What software version are you using? The SpO2 widget is missing on the latest version! Watch software version is R845USQU1BTH4 and the Samsung Health app version is 6.12.0.029. The ECG is done through the Samsung Health Monitor app which is showing version 1.1.0.175.

I am also on BTH4 try and see if updating your samsung health for the watch through the galaxy store app.

@@GalaxyTechReview Thanks. I had to close the Wear app on my phone and reopen it. Went into the Health app and selected update to update it on the phone. It wasnt available till I restarted the Wear app... Its all working now.
