It seems to always be lower than it should --- even checking against a spirometer, I wish there was a way to calibrate it to get a more consistent comparison to an actual spirometer. And yes I've tried moving the watch, mmoving my arm, etc

The first time is different you have to keep swiping to the left to the start option otherwise it does not start

I can't get this to work for the life of me... it keeps stoping at like 60% and tells me to move my watch higher. I have it pretty high... What I had to do was warm up my wrist (correct side) and lay it on the table instead of by my heart.

I just get a message to put my elbow on a table to get a reading. Even doing this i get no reading.. You got a reading with your arm in a different podition. The watch is a joke.
