Loved the video. Now, on to the important stuff. :) When grilling steaks, leave the lid open, you are grilling not baking. This help you to not over cook it. The other tip is to cook it hot, fast and rare, it will only take a few minutes, then wrap it up tight in foil to let it rest while you getting the other stuff prepared. The steak will finish up medium rare and stay warm. This will also give the juices and flavors time to go back into the steak.

Amanda & Emily, y’all are very impressive! 41ft boat,WOW. Y’all are quite amazing! It’s no wonder that the boat manufacturer loaned that boat too y’all. Y’all are nothing but phenomenal and the boat manufacture could not have any better advertisement than two amazing young Women demonstrating the beauty of their boat! I fish out of hopedale Louisiana. I run out into the bays with my 23’ Triton Boat. It would be really nice to run out on a 41 foot boat like that to some of the islands that I run to and Oil Platforms. I was pretty impressed with y’all‘s fishing techniques and cooking skills! If ever down that way it would be really nice to go do some of y’all’s kind of fishing and maybe book a charter with y’all if you actually do that still?

Amazing day, great fishing, incredible boat, and superb captains! Love the grilling and the company - Truly BLESSED. Those spots on the snapper...Interesting! In Pensacola during the oil spill and after, fish would get spots like that only worse. We called it “cysts”, but it’s just starting of dead skin and some fish got nasty with it. I don’t think the area you are in has a oil spill or pollution problem. Interesting!
