Yeah, kinda like it’s interesting seeing a river sluice installed on the rock? Hmm kinda like you don’t see this everyday? Hmm I wonder if it would be Neat to keep in place to show future generations because well it’s not hurting anything, but you’ll be removing history by removing it for what your queen? Lame 😕

The river floods every year washing LITERAL TONS OF SILT down it and the fish do JUST FINE. These laws are made by ignorant propogandists on a power trip. Small scale mining like Dan is doing has 0 effect on the environment, if anything he collects LEAD FROM the river and helps with removing mercury that is trapped on the bottom of the river and can ONLY be taken out by mining ! Sorry for the rant, it's just when the general public takes these laws at face value and innocently believes that the government is doing ANYTHING to protect the environment by controlling mining it ticks me off and i want to inform.

I don't quite understand how you could 'pollute' the water if you just throw it through a sluice, combine with soil and eventual gold will stick, but whatever at the backend comes out seems not to be a bad substance for the river to soak back up. Just water and dirt.

Hi Dan, I have the same high banker. I use those black tote bins with the gridded blue or yellow lids as a table for the high banker to sit on. The gridded lid works as a level when there is water in it so you know you are on the correct angle and raising it up is also great as it creates the perfect height for a 5 gallon pail to catch and move the tailings away for longer run times. Cheers from Calgary, Alberta! 🤘
