Galilee Reptiles zoo | Israel video tour

With David Hyman, professional tour guide. Join us on our crazy experience at the Shechania Reptiles zoo in Galilee. We seized this experience of being home for the weekend, and joined a guided tour of the site. We listened carefully to all the info that the guide shared and learned so much. But without a doubt, the most exciting part was when the creatures were out of the cages and we were allowed to hold them and handle them. I am not a big fan of these animals, but by learning about them and holding them, i think I have a greater appreciation to these mysterious creatures

Very cool! I took a 20-hour snake handling class in the early 1980's and earned certification in snake handling. Thanks for this video. It was lovely to see your daughter. She looks so much like her mother, your sweetheart. God bless you all.

David, thank you so much for your incredible and thorough videos! You really do such a superb job of introducing us, and helping us to appreciate Eretz Israel. When I first toured, I visited one of the few remaining above ground tombs with an actual round cover. I believe it was not terribly far from the sight of David and Goliath‘s battle. I would love to see you do a video of that tomb, and talk to us about the Jewish custom of burial. Thank you for considering this request.
