GALJOEN TRACE that i learned from Wikus at MMM cape town fishing adventures.

Galjoen trace.
What you need to make this trace:
1. 3-4ounce sinker whatever suits youre rod.
2. 1/0-2/0 circle hook whichever brand you prefer, i personally love Gamakatsu.
3. Size 1 3 way kingfisher swivel.
4. 25lb/0.44 maxima fluoro carbon or heavier depending on your setup.
5. 0.30-0.35 sinker line depending on your setup.
Sinker line is about 30cm and hook line is just a little longer than sinker line. You can use a small indicator float if crabs are chowing on your bait.

Shot Vernon. Love your videos. Love those Gamas. Changed from BKK, for I think they a tad too thick. But im using Size 1 or Size 2. Keep them coming.

Hi buddy thanks appreciate the feedback. Yes i definitely am pro Gama slim hook yet strong and the form of the hook is also a bit different, love it when using worm baits mostly. Never tried bkk, different masala for different people hey😉
