Glad you are well. Interesting chat about the differences between pipe and cigar smoking. I tried cigars for a short while and found them too one-dimensional. Been smoking pipes for over 50 years and I have never been bored

Most epic tobacco review ever!!! A speed limit on the open sections of the autobahn is a tragedy! Whenever we went to visit friends in Germany, driving the autobahn was one of the joys. The fastest I ever went was 180kph (110 mph) before my wife told me to slow down.

Wonderful vid Mark. We studied the Narrows Bridge and natural resonance of systems at college, something I run across in my work as an engineers; more then I'd like. Love Porsches and the flat 6 singing on the autobahn, terrific! Great conversation about tobacco and Europe. This video prompted me to open up my jar of Galloping Gertie to smoke after watching. I was smoking GH Dark Flake for the first time while watching your car ride, and the nic rush and the car ride almost put me on the floor. Needed something mild afterwards to calm my nerves. It was quite an adventure for all of us. Good times!

Hola Marc, this was the fastes video with a pipe what I have ever seen. Great video! We already have the limit of 120 km /h here, so I left my sports car in Germany when I moved, as it doesn't make sense here, even if there are more sports cars on our island than in another place of Spain. Prestige is everything for many. The tobacco sounds exactly to my taste. The problem, of course, is how do you get there? I am purchasing DC tobacco from Switzerland for the first time through our Swiss neighbor, which is a big step forward for me. Thank you for this great video. Especially for the recordings from the lounge, where I used to like to stay. Unfortunately, smoking lounges are forbidden here. Keep care on the street -:). Best wisches from the island. Michael.

I once saw an engineering documentary comparing US highways to German ones. German autobahn pavement is fully a meter thick for incredible stability. The US freeway system is usually about 30 cm thick. Quite a stark difference in design theory and this is just one design element. Always an interesting take on things. 🖖😁

What a great vid. Watched all the way through! Great discussion on cigars vs pipes. Vaping could be similar to piping. But the vaping market unfortunately has been diluted with very simple and cheap 'flavours.' The majority of people that smoke cigarettes are not in it for the ritual or taste and these are the people picking up on vaping. People like this use vaping as a harm reduction tool which is fair enough. However, there are alot of them and it has lead the industry to reduce their blending, steeping and flavour balancing activities. The expense of this development work and expertise required has priced alot of artisanal companies out of the market. Blending eliquid requires the same skills as a master perfumer industrially speaking. Eliquid also changes over time with oxygen exposure and is sensitive to temperature changes much like tobacco or perfume. Enjuice makes the most complex and enjoyable of the eliquids I have expereinced so far. Most eliquid only has pharmaceutical grade nicotine though so you do not get the nuanced experience of the various other tobacco alkaloids. This also leads to decreased latency between 'smokes' which isn't very good for most people becasue you can end up holding an electronic pipe, cigar or cigarette all day!
