Saw them open for AFI some years back with my cousin. We were pretty much the only ones who knew anything of Frank and Gallows. He brought everything he had that night. I've caught him a few times since then and I've never caught him on an off day. He's probably the most prolific frontman in hardcore today. Being said, I'm mad at myself for not giving this a fair chance as well. This is equally as intense.

I liked Gallows with Frank as frontman but Gallows with Wade is a different animal hat became one of my favourite bands who I’ve enjoyed seeing live and who are bloody nice people whenever I’ve met them.

I see a lot of comments on here complaining that gallows aren’t gallows without Frank, don’t you think that black flag had the same thing happen to them? Fans struggling to accepting the necessary changes within a band, I liked gallows with Frank but I prefer them now Wade is singing with them. They’re a different band now but for the better, they could do with another guitarist at times though.

Wade is a brilliant hardcore vocalist and anyone who was around during the Frank days would remember every show was a fucking dice roll as to how it would go. You would go to a gig and you wouldn’t know if you were gonna see one of those legendary gigs where Frank was hanging off the lights, one where he phones it in or one where he hides in his dressing room and the show gets cancelled. He seems way happier now and seems to be more successful now.
