Galway International Rally 2023 *Crash & Action*

This years Galway International Rally kicked off our 2023 rally season, and it didn't disappoint. Brilliant action over two days of tricky stages in the Loughrea area made for a great event, with Merion Evans in his Polo R5 taking the overall win and a Mark Alcorn taking the modified spoils. Excellent video, i always remember to see if Mad4tar uploaded any video weekly, what engines most of these escorts have? Because the 4age in the AE86 sounds so similar. Golfs are in such high demand the price of dem is extortionate and an escort cosworth is just mad expensive to maintain cuz the parts are bear impossible to get. If I was to go rallying in the morning I'd pick something along the lines of a Skoda Fabia or a Vauxhall/ Opel Corsa.

I'm amazed how this built Kadett's all withstand this pushing for a pretty long time.. while you see people driving Nordschleife with tuned cars and can barely make a lap with oil and water temps to max (low power) after 2/3 of lap driving only 10min or less.. Do you see my point? 🤣
