This is no disrespect to The Builders and The Butchers, but holy hell, lads (and lasses), you all owned this one. Johnnie's vocals, Paulys clean guitar lines and everyone else as well ... WELL DONE! Its real class. Its a really clean recording, but with the raw grit and the audacious attack of a fresh live cut with everyone together. Its what this song deserved. KEEP IT UP!

Thanks Brandon! This album was recorded in Pauly's bedroom studio with just a couple of mics in front of everyone with the main vocalists closer to the mics, and then a few overdubs for solos. The ghetto style of recording seems to suit us well haha.

While I prefer the original: this is a damn good cover. Bringin Home the Rain is also one of those super meaningful songs for me that I've listened to hundreds of times. Maybe if I listen to this another hundred I'll change my mind.

@Dan Baer...yeah. and im not sure how i feel about that. Yourself? TBNB struck that spark in my gut way deep into my rotten core years ago..and its still burning. Listen to them daily. I think it is a good cover. They definitely put their own style on it which is a big priority for me with covers. The Builders stand the test of time for me. One of my favorites. If you want a related song check out the Builder's cover of Until the Morale Improves the Beatings will continue by Murder by Death. They absolutely crush it.
