@@solaphoto7995 the monster summoned by Deployment must be specifically listed on a Fusion monster as one of its materials. So no.

@@solaphoto7995 No, there are no Fusion Monsters (currently) that state Aluber as a resources and such is non-targetable by Fusion Deployment. BUT that would be silly anyways b/c Aluber essentially has a Fusion Deployment which is Branded Opening. Additionally what you would want to target with Fusion Deployment would either be Albaz or Cartesia. Albaz can be used like a Super Poly and Cartesia is essentially a normal Poly which is why many competitive decks have shed the Edge Imp engine that was being used to pull Poly to hand.

5:17 you can search mercourier with Lost, then banish merc+albaz for the Lubellion. Merc can search Cartesia and you can fuse Cartesia with Aluber for Granguignol. This way Red is live with an Aluber in the GY. Definitely the correct line of play in this scenario imo.

My idea, not sure if it works, if it does it should give 4 interruptions: Instead of going for Albion, go for Lubellion by sending albaz and Ad Libitum. Grab mercourier with lost. Branded in red is live for guardian chimera or dragostapelia. If they try to do something to mj just chain its effect to get value out of it and chain in red. Target the aluber in field if the opponent has no monsters to banish. This line gives you mercourier negate, 2 mirrorjade banishes because of Ad Libitum, and either chimera or dragostapelia

I love branded a ton. For the opening hand if you feel you don't need the merc for the negate what can do with Albion cl1 lost cl2 is grab merc make lubelion with merc albaz, cl 1 lubellion cl2 merc add Cartesia for a granguignol (using aluber) play with almost 0 neg with the mirrorjade, beast lubellion, red, banishment. Guignol for a qyaeritis or prosc. Of course you would need merc in the build though. This is weak to nib

For your first combo why just discard branded in red then grab albion with lost Use albion effect stp foolish counter trap and draw 1 Counter trap effect banish and get back in red in hand Like that you keep duster in red and do a +1 And you dont Die on nibiru Because the normal summon of cartesia is your 5th

Wouldn't it have been better to add the mercouier at cl2 then banish it for lubellion so discard harpies and add cartesia in the first combo Let's you fuse cartesia and aluber for quertis or guingol, mill saronir , mill retribution and then have a branded in red target for next turn and return branded fusion You can also save the cartesia fuse for their turn to add the second mercourier giving you an extra negate

Bro in the first play, you can actually search mercurier from lost, banish him and albaz with albion's effect to summon lubellion and have an extra search of mercurier (best imo is the shrouded dragon, so you have the discard for lubellion and keep the harpies feather duster). Just an opinion, keep up the good work, thank you for your videos

Merc and Lubellion go on the same chain. You cannot discard what you add off Merc as Lubellion is cost.

I am agree with adding the mercourier and using its effect (like Cartesia as in the video). But, as the other comment said, the added card cannot be used as cost for Lubellion. In that way, aluber is not banished and Branded in red can be used on the opponent turn.

My idea for the first hand: Instead of going for Albion with branded fusion go for Lubellion by sending albaz and Ad Libitum. Grab mercourier off of branded lost. Make mirrorjade set red. (Grab whatever you want off of lost, maybe Kitt for next turn branded fusion?). At the very least 4 interruptions: 2 mirrorjade banishes because of Libitum adding it back, one mercourier negate and one guardian chimera/dracostapelia/quaretis whichever you decide to summon off of red.

Branded opening can be activated during the draw phase so you wouldn't get hand trap if I'm not mistaken, then once you summon at lubar and activate branded fusion all within draw phase it can't be hand trapped. That is what was shown to me at my locals. Is that accurate? If so the deck is more busted than people realize.

Ash Blossom isn't limited to the main phase, so that's incorrect. You may be thinking of Effect Veiler which would only be able to negate the Aluber.

With your first hand I would have probably discarded harpies or red instead of the 2nd opening there cuz you can get the red back and going first you don’t really need the harpies, however I do understand why you would to keep it BUT your turn ends if your opp has an ash for fusion and if that’s the case you’ll have the 2nd opening for follow up whereas if you discard it, you’re now put in a top deck situation.

My take on it is keep deck lean at 40 always, main triple super poly, triple radian kaiju w/2 allure. People play around nib now. Super powerful going first or second and kaiju are more allure fuel in a pinch. 2 allure it’s so powerful in this deck. swapped the 3rd out for feather duster is a good choice. Also because also have foolish, you never want to see 3 allure and the deck has lots of other search options when you have triple fusion deployment on top of branded package. Of course DM and dragoon with a fleshed out super poly package. Been experimenting with 2 branded opening feels good the card can be bricky at 3. I go back and forth on branded beast it’s good but almost toxic if you draw opening hand.

I've been having success with gamma package along ash and nib. What you guys thoughts? Everyone main deck ash now and I threw in dolphin, that can summon by fusion deployment. Ash no longer issue for me.

With the first hand I would’ve made lubellion, use red to make mirrorjade, and resolve lubellion’s effect to make the dragoon >:). Then set branded banishment since I don’t have the second red.

You have to discard a card for the effect of opening at the beginning of the first hand. You forgot that. Therefore you have to discard another one of your hand cards for the effect of the fusion lubellion.

I personally like allure. But I would rather play the bystials because what would you banish off of allure ? Everything is useful. So I feel allure would be best if you play the edge imp package. Banishing edge imp chain

meanwhile, every time I activate Branded fusion, my opponent always has Ash Blossom.😰😰 But I don't think maining Crossout Designator is worth it since it will be dead if one of my opponents runs 0 hand traps on certain local matchups. Best I can do is either main Triple Talent Tactics or Thrust, or PSY-Framegear Gamma in the case I just open up with Branded Fusion, but it's bricky.

This first opening hand really showcases the importance of thinking all the way through your line before beginning play. If you have 2 opening and duster and know you’re going for Mirrorjade with lubellion, you should discard the duster first. That way if your Aluber gets negated by imperm, or your branded fusion gets ashed, you can set the opening to again either next turn or in your opponents endphase (provided you’re not dead which is entirely possible)

I don't think going first board with Dragoon is optional, compare to mirrorjade. Dragoon really good going 2nd to end games. Unless you know the matchup for game 1.
