sorry to be the ruling police but here we go lol. Disclaimer: Still an amazing duel keep up the good work. 19:35 chain links were q but messy as destiny hero phoenix enforcer was never activated to summon himself back because if he was he would be in the chain somewhere, ex. Cl1 fire, cl2 water, cl3 wind, cl4 dpe, cl5 place. But I understand it is a friendly duel so doesn't matter much. 20:00 doesn't affect the outcome of the game but dropsies/water gains 1000 life points not 500. 21:13 Despian Proskenion can't be summoned using 2 lights he needs both a light and a dark so he can be summoned if you are willing to get rid of that dragoon of yours lol. 21:45 Bonus points for remembering branded opening 👍

proscenium could not be summoned, because he used two light monsters and one despia, while to summon him you need a despia, a dark and a light

Lol that last one was a heated 😂😅 Despia, actually has a lot of support, but is underrated. The down side is they have no Hard Negates, so running a few Destruction cards in your Deck like Dark Hole, Raigeki and Lightning storm is a good idea to break boards

Branded is just so easy to stop it's vulnerable against nearly every handtrap and if your opponent sides dimensional barrier or Starving Poison + super poly it's just completely over... additionally siding with branded is really difficult because it's already packed as it is

In game 1 Kali could of used Branded Opening in Draw Phase then Aluber effect on special summon to play around the Veiler! But good duel none the less.

tbh, at the time were the prank kids were chaining, he had to be right now declare the effect of dpe, BUT in that spot he didnt chain it, that means he didnt activate it, otherwise he would be in the chains as well.

Can someone explain why fusion monster are being summoned in defense mode? Is this for some kinda safety? I mean it seems like destructive traps aren't even a thing anymore so why summon in defense especially if the defense is weaker than attack

Why would they hit it before it gets reprinted sometime next year adventure token is fine they need to hit verte to get rid of dpe in the format. Free pops every turn plus a draw 2 the following turn is the real problem of the format not brave stuff.

Dpe’s effect is a quick effect, so he can respond with it. The chain then resolved backwards, so dpe pop first, then dramaturge second.

Hate to be that guy on rulings but proskineon couldn’t be summoned since 2 lights were used, and branded opening couldn’t protect the fusions since only 1 effect of branded opening can be used per turn and only once that turn, and it was already used to special summon earlier that turn

You can't send anything that substitutes itself from the deck. The reason is monsters (except for literally 1 lol) don't have effects when they are in the deck/face-down extra deck. The reason why branded fusion works with the hex sealed cards is because of their attribute. Albaz, and hex sealed being light, fuses for albion. Now that hex sealed is in the grave (face-up would matter if it were banished as well), makes its effect live to substitute it for the dark magician. Hope that clears up any confusion
