Something that came up in my testing: it’s worth considering NOT leaving gryphon on board going first. Ext send aggregator / drawing imperm as the 6th card from my opponent is an easy out to the lock. I like ending with IP and A Bao with GWC set, let them commit a little before bringing gryphon out.

Ive seen plenty of maliss FS combos but I dont think ive ever seen one playing so hard into nib as this one. The better way to do this is to either use the 2 bodies you have after ransom came back for moon or, if you dont have an extender, Id simply not go into FS at all T1. Just makes you loose to Bystial+Nib for no reason

Interesting. I played a Firewall version till now, but I'll try this one. One question, though, can I switch 1 Engraver with a third copy of Tract? Does it affect the consistency?

You can also play 2 and 2 and add something else. It’s fine.

Don’t play 3 tract if you aren’t playing 3 engraver. 3 tract is too many tbh. This deck is not about fiendsmith it’s about the main engine traps and extra deck cards. I play bystials instead of fiendsmith and it’s better solely because of regained especially in mirror matches. Regained wins so many games by itself.

I tried Maliss Fiendsmith because I thought it was the best version (at a regional this past weekend, pre-SUDA), and the problem with it is... you start losing to things you weren't losing to before. Your opponent's Bystials that wouldn't have really hurt you before start wrecking your combos, and I don't see Bystials coming out this format since they hurt Eclipse Twins. It makes me sad because Tract is such a killer extender, but I just don't think the FS version of Maliss is the move post-SUDA. Just my opinion. Heavy Bystials + hand traps going into A Bao A Qu + Gryphon combos are probably the way until we get the @ignister support and new direct Maliss support.

That's why I run Terraherz and Code of Soul. It allows me to turn 1 Doormouse into 3 Queens pointing to Doormouse with MTP set and a 3000 ATK boost.

3:49 actually not 3 bodies, since link decoder comes back if you link summon 2300 or more attack, splash mage is 300atk, and cannot revive decoder since it cannot ss in def.

I don't think you counted this one right, mate. Red Ransom is a link 3, Knightmare Gryphon is a fiend, and a link 3 + any other monster (even a link 4) meets the requirements to make a link 4.
