Nah, really not. First, the guy showcasing the mods is not working on them, he's just showing off. Second, it's not one team's work, it's at least for different mod teams, for four different mods, Quant, NVE, 5real and RTGI. Finally, each mod has been around for forever, so at this point it's really just tweaking numbers. All the heavy load has been done years ago.

Dans le handling du jeux on peut changer les dégâts max pour que les véhicules n'explose plus malgré les dégâts ça rend plus réaliste je trouve. Tu peux toujours les explosé au rpg mais ou tué le moteur mais elle n'explose plus aussi facilement.

It's just how the game renders the image, not how it is displayed.

Well the game can render in 4k even if the monitor isn’t 4k and also gta has a setting where you can scale up you resolution to make the game look better.
