Dr.Sriram's parallel comparisons of the energy waves from atoms and the vibrations in music are intriguing, however, while energy waves are electromagnetic, sound waves are mechanical waves which need a medium to propagate and music cannot be heard in a vacuum!

Great effort of Music Academy to reach these Academic sessions to the Lovers of Music as also more importantly the students. . Video quality is ok. But but Audio after about half an hour went out of sorts. Such things can be easily corrected before uploading......I am sure the rest of the sharing which we are very eagerly looking forward to will be of good audio and video quality befitting the standards that Music Academy has set itself to.
