Every War of the Monsters Character and Costumes

War of the Monsters is an under appreciated PS2 3D fighting game and is also available on the PS4. The game pits giant monsters against each other in a wide variety of arenas. The game features an excellent roster of 10 monsters most of which are inspired or references to classic horror/ monster/sci-fi films. Each monster also has 4 skins which are all highlighted in the video, I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making the video.

Hell yeah I remember that. Throwing heavy stuff to UFO causes Tsunami Earthquake place, after it happen, we can cause steam pressure pipe to burst by slamming down the collesium look like The volcano area we can cause it to erupt and shoot volcanic rock by slamming down to its 3 column. Not sure at other place. Fav. stuff to throw- oil truck and pointy antenna.

Ahead of its time, really. Unique movesets, stage interactions (UFO on Japanese map), picking up shit to throw, picking up other monsters to throw, 4 skins for each monster, and the list just goes on. Hidden gem that I wish more people heard of.

My grandpa's house was once a PS2 arcade club. I and other kids had alot of funs with this game. The best thing about this game is throwing oil trucks while screaming 'AN OIL TANKER FOR YOU!' at your opponent.

MOCKERY: Raptros is not a homage to classic monster films,he is just there. COINCIDENCE: Final Boss Cerebulon in his 2nd form looked like the inspiration to Spielbergs' "War of the Worlds" remake in 2005. In that remake it had aliens piloting tripods.

This game was one of the greatest games I ever played as a youngster and overall some things definitely show the age of the game, I still think the fun factor is excellent! I downloaded it on PSN for my old Playstation 3 a few years back and it's still as fun as ever! But I remember being so pissed that I couldn't get the Sweet Tooth skin for Agamo. Such great times!
