Every US bank that I know of will allow you to crest multiple accounts and transfer money between them.

If you walk away from a session with more than your win goal, then you gambled too long.

Someone hit the ATS at my table the other day and I was up about $600 OVER my goal after recouping losses. In the rail, I physically separated my $1k starting bankroll plus $200 in addition to my $100 goal, a 30% win goal compared to 10%! That's guaranteed take-home money. I used the excess chip ammunition to keep playing, continuously putting a portion of each subsequent winning bet into that take-home section on the rail. $5 here. $10 there, and so on. I ended up playing a few hours longer, bouncing up and down with that remaining ammo and once that pile was gone all that remained was the take home. So I colored up. Yes, I suppose I gambled too long. I could have left right after the ATS hit. But in controlling greed, locking in a substantial profit (in my eyes) and maintaining discipline by not going crazy with unit sizing on the excess, I was able to loosen up, relax, enjoy the table, earn some comps, and still ultimately walked up around $600 over my goal.

Potentially. On those days where I win over goal, I'll split that excess win in half and play a short stack with the other half and see if we can't scratch out some runs. Then I'm out.
