Best surveillance guest you have had. Please have him back. Interested in hearing more about player theft from other players. I have seen incidents at 2 different unrelated casinos where players stole chips from other players at the poker table. The casinos took no responsibility for the losses. The best they did was say that they would look for the thief to return. I guess the victim would have to file a police report if they wanted to, but the casinos were not interested in assisting the victim. I am curious if that is standard for casinos and if it is the same for table games, etc.

Good guest. Entertaining and informative. Hes right the training in many rooms can be lacking these days especially as more departments rely on very limited software to do their thinking for them. Takes much longer and prone to false positives. Counting 6 shoes for instance, completely unnecessary. There are still some rooms with rigorous testing and training. If you don't pass the thorough timed daily testing, even if you are a veteran, you're booted out. Good little insights about MGM from this guest. Good show.
