Voltage is redundant at this point. It's main purpose in the past was to help Vanquisher achieve thunderstrike abilities and give VOLTAGE more power by helping bind units. This was because Vanquisher would bind only about 1-2 cards per turn. However, because players can now achieve Thunderstrike 5 by their first stride, Voltage has lost value. It would be better to run grade 2 units that gain power, such as Grizel and Plasmatron, and that give you resources, Chatura and Helena. So you don't really need Voltage horn at all. Especially since Vanquisher decks gains bonus for every bound card and not retired card.

Uh, at 3:23 - Gabe was not at GB1 so Bellog couldn't even have retired anything. Also on the Voltage turn, the Vanquisher player should have swung with Sigma first with boost from smash boxer to force Gabe to rip hand first considering it couldn't have been denialed and not only that, it would have given the Vanq player a draw and also restand sigma for another swing. It would have forced Gabe's hand at that point and not only that, the defeat flare would not have did too much against the Vanq player. When you play against Kagero, you need to understand that gaining advantage over them is the most important thing and to also bait out attacks as well.
