Your analysis videos are the best! The work you put into them really shows: The POV changes, the slow-mo, discussing alternative scenarios and of course your understanding of the game all come together. Definitely glad that you want to do more of these!

I love this! I've never played Quake competitively, but I was able to follow much of what was going on because of this awesome analysis! You've got another subscriber : )

This is great, very interesting and I don't play Quake! I would have liked there to have been text somewhere telling me which player we were watching, and text or even possibly black and white for the replays.

@5:55 I'd possibly have moved too after holding my rail in a position I could be peeked from several places - It's a good position in the sense that you see everything, but it's also bad in the fact that Cypher could pop from somewhere and hit a quick rail maybe? Dunno, I just don't feel safe if I'm not moving heh

Rapha's passive approach at the end probably has a lot to do with his knowledge of cypher's innate ability to inflict lots of damage without taking any. You can never be too sure and I agree with rapha's approach there.

Why is the field of view so low?

I used the same fov as the players during the tournament.

rtcwtwister Wow, I didn't think they would be using settings that low. That looks like less than 90 to me.
@nfekted10 жыл бұрын
kered13 yep many pros use low fov, even 90. I think Rapha is one of the few that uses over 100. 103 or 106 i think

rtcwtwister optimal for performing well ingame, but not for spectating. this combined with texture detail almost made me puke
