A couple notes on the next game from the Shadow of the Colossus team: - Despite what the subtitles say, the voice IS in English. This would be the first of their games that have ever had dialogue in a real language. - Everything's that's shown in the trailer is in-engine and much of it appears to be gameplay. Look at how the character moves when they are running up the robot, it's clearly in-game animation that bears a resemblance to how characters move in the other games.

Good to know, thanks! Though “gameplay graphics” and “gameplay” are two different things that I should have been more clear on in this. If that’s gameplay graphics, it looks great. But it didn’t show me anything about what playing the game would look like. When I’m controlling my character, what do I see? What are some of the mechanics I’ll have available? What are some of the situations I’ll find myself in? If I buy the game, what am I actually going to be doing? These are the things I’m looking for from a game trailer before I even consider putting it on my “to look into” list. The game looks great, but that’s only a small part of what the game is (or at least “should be”). But thank you for pointing that out !
