@@SEB12578 Yeah! Samus has crazy gadgets and can enhance her vitality...Yes! Kid Icarus game, if you get your hearts early and do the harsh training where you get things thrown at you and get your enchanted weapons. The game gets easier. You just need to avoid those thieves called plutons.

yes, i know very well metroid, i finished Super Metroid 4 times on super famicom (i'm french so sorry for my english) , i did Metroid 1 on famicom too, but not finished the final boss, cause too much slown-down, so i dropped. Those on GBA was fun too. For Icarus, i come back for what i said, cause today i finished the game on game boy! Only first boss was really too hard cause not enough life. So Metroid i definitlely a little bit harder than Kid Icarus.

There was a sequel on Nintendo 3DS, and it had 3D graphics, and he did not have a naked butt. I would be dissappointed if his naked butt was showing. I do like the 3D graphics better. The first game got a remake as a 3D Classic. The first game did a bad sale, so I was wondering why did the company remake it. I still enjoyed it, but I think I like Uprising the best, except for losing hearts if I lose at a hard difficulty.

@@malhaomalhoa7486 Pit was still planned to be in Smash 64, originally...but Pokemon was really really big, and in Japan, Pikachu isn't the only mascot of the series. Hence why Jigglypuff got in...when that happened, Pit got out. No idea if they even created a model. Ideally he would have resembled the Myths and Monsters look.

@@raakone Actually Pit being considered for Smash 64 is just an internet rumor. Maybe he was, but there’s no real proof of it. The ones that were confirmed to had been planned for SB64 at one point were Bowser, Marth, King Dedede and Mewtwo. But yeah, if Pit was a newcomer there, then I can see him having his latest design from that time, which is fine by me cuz I’m not the biggest fan of his redesign in Brawl.

@@raakone Do you remember that Pikachu was not originally a starter pokemon? You are right that he is not the only Pokemon mascot, but I think it was so popular, that the companies who made the TV series decided to make him be with the main character in the TV show. I think Pikachu and Jigglypuff were the top two pokemons, so that's why they were confirmed for Smash 64.

This was one of my childhood games. I never beat it. I remember getting to the final stage, in the clouds, and I had two of three special items. Thus, I was never be able to beat it. I think I was missing the wings, I'm not sure. Thanks for putting this one up!

Legendary game of my childhood, which i never owned myself, instead 3 of my friends back then owned it and i played it with them. To sum it up: Stages 1-x: fine, some things scared us and we avoided them (the rooms with the bats for example) 1st Boss: insanely difficult, i dont know how many countless unsuccessful attempts i had. At some point we thought this boss was unbeatable. This went on for almost 2 years (!!). Then, i tried him again, completely relaxed by the opinion that he is unbeatable, was able to hang on for a while - still relaxed - survived longer and shot him like crazy and - suddenly - he vanished. Even now i remember this moment of: WHAT, I BEAT HIM!!! :D Stages 2-x: very cool, i liked them. Love those white "feet" (:D) that fall down and give tons of money 2nd Boss: overall fine. Very easy, compared to the completely and utterly overpowered 1st Boss. Beat him directly in first attempt. Maybe 1st and 2nd boss should've been switched. Stages 3-x: Way more difficult, but fine and cool. The labyrinth of 3-3 is nice. 3rd Boss: Difficult, but fine, since its the last boss of the train. Needed several attempts (maybe 5-6). Last stage: Difficulty-wise its fine, but really disappointing that this is everything we trained so hard for. Last Boss: 1st part is like a weaker version of the fire snake, 2nd part is fine - overall it could have been harder. Beat him at the 2nd attempt, because in 1st attempt i didnt figure out how to beat him in the 2nd part :D TLDR; 1st Boss is completely OP, rest is fine and cool. Nice memories

you are the king of this game. that was amazing. perhaps the best playthrough I've seen and you show us where everything is even though you don't need it. also, this game is so much harder than people realize, way harder than the big NES platformers. I knew kids in like first and second grade who had beat metroid and castlevania, no kid had beat kid icarus.

Oh, i played this game in childhood. It was insanely hard at least in boss stages. First one was like impossible to me. First i tried to spam him with arrows with no luck, after that i was supercareful to shot them in most safe points to no get hit. these fights was like forever! funny thing, its getting much easier closer to end and final boss fight is actually pretty predictable and easy. Thing i liked most is that ending sequence (great music here) and that great. albeit weird reference to Icarus myth in the end with wind and sun.

I actually prefer this game over the NES Kid Icarus. The music is better and it wasn't anywhere near as challenging as the NES game. And you can actually kill the little bastards that try to steal your weapons.
