Im interested in a couple things you showed. I need a synthetic 1 scoop fertilizer, no more mixing of the potions! So I'll check out what you have. The Jofamy metal hanging planter is a vibe too! I'm relocating my Plant Room soon, so i'ma go Amazon crazy.

It HAS to be that Neem Oil concentration!! 😂 I always talk about this specific one to clean leaves specifically. And I always use Dawn soap with it too since I know for sure it kills fleas lmao it must be killing something on these plants too 😂

Thanks! I’ve used a few brands from Amazon. There’s all in my Amazon storefront linked below. My favorite is the legigo brand it’s really smooth and clean and not very dusty linktr.ee/plantsntings?ltsid=03cc3d6b-ce2c-47c1-a424-2fe08a2b2872

On that jacks, don't use it on orchids. It has urea. Also, deformation was the right word. Sounds like "defamation" but yeah. I agree on Neem. don't use extracts. Only cold pressed 100% Neem for plants (stuff for skin ime is hit or miss. Smell isn't as strong usually and I bet they try to reduce az. Content since it can be agitating to skin. I have 4 recipes I use often, and the only difference is amounts. 1- bad Infestation- 4 T Neem, 1.5 grams potassium silicate powder, 1-2 tsp no scented liquid Castile soap or the basic blue dawn. Use 1 tsp first, mix and let sit for 10 min. If it separates add another tsp. Spray every 3-4 days. 2 - medium infestation. 3 tbsp Neem, 1.5 g potassium silicate, and 1-2 tsp soap. Spray every 3-7 days 3 - bugs visible/infestation starting: 2 tbsp Neem, 1.5 g potassium silicate, 1-2 tsp soap. Spray every 3-7 days Finally 4 - maintenance, preventative: 1 tbsp neem, .75 g potassium silicate, 1/2-1 tsp soap. Spray weekly, or bi weekly, whether needed or not. I like to wash leaves off before eachvapplication, to get rid of some bugs, maybe break apart any eggs, etc, and to get fresh Neem on all parts of the leaf and stop buildup of the Neem. As far as the grow lights I PERSONALLY wouldn't recommend those (being said without researching them, they may have a perfectly fine spectrum and intensity) just simply because of the fact that the diodes are on all sides of the bulb, which means that you're going to have some diodes facing a different direction. It would work fine plan to drop the bulb with no shade directly in the center of plants, to kind of get the middle. Other then that a reflector will help but it'll lose a lot of intensity. Not to mention that the lights are usually designed for human eyes, so the spectrum and the colors they use are going to be the most pleasing or helpful to a human, whereas plants need their light in the range of what's called 'photosynthetically active radiation' which is measured in 'umol/m^2/second' (PPFD). There's lots of charts online which give recommended PPFD for these and many other plants, and many cheaper grow lights that are perfect all over Amazon. Just gotta sort through the crap. I'd definitely stay away from anything that has a colored light besides white or yellow, Don't get super low wattage stuff, usually single digit wattages are going to be so dim, you'll have to put them inches from the plants and then they'll only get like one leaf. Look for ones that have Ppfd charts to show what they put off, and look in reviews for reviewers who have checked these lights with a light meter to see if they are accurate. (these companies will often give free lights for good reviews, so be weary of any stellar reviews, and check out the bad reviews if there's a common issue it'll show itslef. They also have a "frequently returned" feature now. Most newer or higher end phones have the ability to act as a light sensor with an app, they're not quite as accurate but they will get you in the ballpark which is good enough. Last thing I'd say is make sure you get one that have free returns, because the grow light industry is notoriously flooded with false claims and crap.

I was intrigued about why no urea for orchids so I ended up in a deep dive which led me to requesting a test kit for my water😂😂 so thank you And yea you’re right it’s hard to dig through the tons of lights online if you don’t know what you’re lookin for. I do actually use a shade for that bulb tho so I think it does direct the light for me..and the plants under it seemed to grow well..i do think the wattage was too high maybe or something because it tripped my lamp and started makin a burning smell. 😕 Thanks for always takin the time to drop your knowledge! I’m actually working on a specific lighting video now that I’m understanding more about lighting.
