Turbo Dork as a company is a favorite of mine. Virtually all of their paints have beautiful levels of pigmentation. Definitely check out their "Twin Sons". It's a zenishift between a blue/green that looks incredibly similar to the chitin of a dragonfly. Love their products.

I have used a fair amount of turbo Dork paints. I havent used the 3d glasses yet. I've used radium, black ice, silver fox, tin star, wavelength, crystal cave, redrum. For my Grey Knights army I've used a combination of wave length base coat then doing a zenithal style high lights of silverfox and tin star to get a bluesilver effect that depending on the light hitting it looks either blue or silver. All airbrushed on a black primer

Actually yes that is a really great ideas! Perhaps with some thinned down rust brown to bring it back at touch and some edge highlighting in a silver on the inner barrel for wear that would really work well. I’ll give that a go:) cheers!
