Jordan is amazing. For the parents who work, make a block schedule that gives you a block before work, during work, after work. Then the regular time block for days off. This has been a true life saver for me. I work full time and co-own a business with my daughter. I'm crazy busy, but this system is a game changer.

Love this method! I think I've begun naturally doing a less intense version the older I get. Two Q's: 1. How do you deal with unexpected phone calls, or making time to talk on the phone with family members? I've found that phone calls that last 20-40 minutes can derail my momentum for a morning or afternoon 2. Have you stopped going for morning walks with Bardot and Carter? Do you incorporate any exercise into your day? Thanks girl! You are my 2019 inspo

Love this system! I've tried the hour-by-hour schedule system, but that was way too intense for me, and I overestimated what I could realistically get done in one hour...laundry, workout, make lunch, a read a novel -- sure! How do you find it best to work in chores like that?

Great video as always. I get the CDC emails about flu activity across the U.S. but they don't break out the "man flu" which we all know can be life threatening. 😉 I have been using the block system for years. My son is severely disabled and I care for him so I list everything on my daily routine schedule that consists of time blocks for groups of tasks. I don't list the exact times but the blocks go in the exact same order every day so I know exactly where I am so I don't get behind. I keep a control journal with sections for my routines, grocery list, pending, errands and menu plan. I also have days by task. So under the to do items, I know that Mondays are errand days, Tuesdays are days I have appointments, Wednesdays are anti-procrastination days, Thursdays are my days to make my calls, etc. I use the Fly Lady Cleaning system so I do both regular and zone cleaning in the blocks on my schedule. I found your water and sleep tips most helpful. I have difficulty getting enough sleep since I must give my son's meds every six hours for life.

Love love love this method ty for your video :) Im not sure if you or anyone has suggested making a color coordinated clock. I found easy to pop the back off most cheap wall clocks. Then you can shade in each time block according to your time blocks colors. I have older boys i do this for homework time sports practices lights out etc..
