Something you say a lot in this video is 20fps will become 40fps and among other things along these lines And i wanna say that this is a bit of a misinterpretation of how FMF and FSR3 work. These frames are purely visual, they do not make the game feel better to play, and not only that, they need higher framerates to make these additional generated frames to be accurate and properly blended. If you use FSR on the steamdeck at 30fps, there is a lot of visual artifacts and stuttering. Does it look like 40-60? Yes but it also jitters and still feels poor. If you have an oled model and your game runs at 50-60 and you use framegen to get 70-90, frame gen is genuinely super good, but any game that has frame gen has a good chance of running at 30-40 on steam deck like you said already and wont truly benefit from this. Source is places like digital foundry, other tech youtubers and my own experience with FSR frame gen on my main pc and steam deck. Something like the ally will have better results with frame gen if it can get 60fps, but it wont make its lackluster battery life ant better.

Doubt it, FMF increases latency and it is not very usable when starting with low FPS - this is why recommended minimum framerate for using frame generation is 60 fps - so it's usability in handhelds is questionable.
