It’s only been 11 months since filming. There is an editing process, special fx both cgi and practical to do, and putting the sound effects in plus soundtrack etc. it takes time.

@@8-BitEric Yeah I have worked on many sets for television and movies and only blockbusters take a year to put together after filming. And I highly doubt this movie if full of special effects since I saw how you scale modeled the station wagon.
