TLDR you probably need a USB PCIE expansion card, nothing to do with power. Don't know if you'll see this in time, or if it gets mentioned later in the stream, but the issue with the mic dropouts when the camera is connected is actually a USB lanes/controller bandwidth issue, not a power issue. I had like 2 people I know that stream have the exact same issue. USB bandwidth is by and large shared between all the USB ports on the motherboard, so Cameras, External drives, and capture cards steal all the bandwidth. The easy solution is a USB PCIE card. I would post some card recommendations but links by and large get yoinked by KZbin, but you can get some that have dedicated PCIE lanes per port so that whatever gets plugged into that USB port will get exclusive untouched bandwidth. So you would plug in a camera, capture card, external drive, or mics where any interruptions super suck into that and it would separate it from the limited bandwidth on the motherboard itself.

Would love to see a longplay on Grey Hack. Bought it after watching and my mind is blown. I dont know squat about hacking in general and barely know Unix. Fun to learn and figure out how to use a linux based Shell. Love what you do Thor, MAY THE WIGGLERS GAIN CONTROL AND DOOK THE WORLD INTO HAPPINESS.

Hello Mr p.soft. Some of the music you play reminds me of an old beloved ps1 game that I think isnone of the most underrated of all time -genuinely. I CANNOT recommend you and anyone else reading this check it out and even play it if you can! It's a Jrpg called Legend of Legaia. Iirc, it came out same year as ff7, and was forever shadowed by it, but it's PHENOMENAL, nonetheless. I won't waste more time describing it and only say that it's amazing in SO MANY WAYS, the OST being far from the least of it. Please check it out, and maybe even do a long play! I bet your usb problem is running out of lanes on the controller. Might have to get a pci expansion card to get more USB throughput. Linus tech tips has had problems with that before because the amount of data isn't the problem, but the amount of lanes, and it's not super apparent what ports use the same controller. Gotta look at the mobo manual to verify, but I'm guessing that's the problem

Crazy to say Hades at launch "wasn't that good" Was the first roguelike I fell for after Binding of Isaac and nothing comes super close. Granted, Hades now is way better than launch but it was still very very good even without finished art, gameplay or story.
