Hey, quick note on the bolt sled. If this is the same internally as a Ceda S, it requires a shorter bolt sled. The worker metal bolt sled is literally the ONLY upgrade I have found it will take - every other sled, worker plastic, artifact, roboman - they're all too long and won't prime. Just something for ppl to be aware of.

I know that feel because it happened to me before - I just can’t remember which blaster. Most likely a ret-type blaster.

My GFPrime Bolt sled snapped in half after about 1200 shots of working perfectly (one of the arms that extends backwards). I have another Prime that wouldn't catch well and that stress caused the front priming bar/foregrip attachment piece to split down the middle where the priming bars' screws attach (broke after a few hundred shots. The warranty had expired because I left it at my mom's house and didn't get to use it for a few months.) I am really disappointed. The GFPrime felt great when it worked and was very accurate.

The Jet Blaster darts are called QuikDarts. Overall I find they're not as good as Pro darts. Blaster looks solid though, keen for mine to arrive.

This was the best overall look at the Prime I've seen. Still want to try a Ceda S, but if push comes to shove, this is a solid alternative to the Dart Zone blasters.

Got one for $38 from Amazon. The included magazine adapter runs Dartzone mags no problem. Ember darts hit 160 fps and Ruby darts hit 150.

That is very nice! I think what throws the look of is that the barrel is round, while the back of that is like the ceda. Still more customizability though!

You can build a "prophecy" with a ret or recon shell for less than $150. The MCX kit is about $30, the internal worker power kit is about $25, a stock and fore grip for around $30 and you can get a ret shell off ebay for real cheap. It would be around $100 and you'd have to build it yourself but I feel that makes it more personal. And that kind of price is more competitive with the others.

Yeah but that requires you to mod the shell if you want to push the performance of it - like expanding the plunger tube - which is why I tried not to mention the Prophecy much because even for the Prophecy shell, you need to mod it to fit an expanded PT. The blasters I named were in the realm of not requiring mods done to them. But hey man, good info as always. I, too, enjoy personalization of blasters!

I've owned 2 GF Prime's and I can tell you the Ceda S is so much more solid outta the box. The Prime's barrel is a bit longer, but you can retrofit it to a Ceda very quickly. But any barrel sticking outta the front means it's super easy to damage/bend your barrel during fast play outside if you drop it or run into a tree or building corner. Happened to me, went back to my upgraded Ceda and never missed my Prime. Plus that flimsy barrel kinda sucks no matter what youre stabilizing it with.

Some folks on the DZP group have sourced some threads that epoxy into the sled without any mods needed, and you can also break the DZP sled and pull out the inserts which also drop in. The DZP to me is just a luxury buy honestly, if I wanted performance per dollar I'd point people to the Nexus or Aeon, and I own a modded DZP.

Fun fact people they are available on Amazon again in red and blue and also a pack that brings both colors, each blaster is about 76$ and some change after tax and for the two pack that comes with some accessories it is about 307$ after tax.
