I use SuperLube- love that stuff. Thomas of CC got me onto it. Was it MakeItGo who said that silicone 'personal' lube was legit on Nerfhaven, and people lost their minds on Nerfhaven? People asking about olive oil and canola. My goodness. Idea: Lube up a few PTs with different lubricants and see how they hold up over time, like 3 months or something. Maybe prime and fire once a week? See how things hold up over time and what needs replacing when.

I'll continue to use SuperLube; not everything is about FPS. Nerfhaven was always filled with trolling about things like lube.

To note with Superlube every time I re-lube with it I lose fps..so immediately after I just use my finger to wipe some of it off the PT, and o-ring. The stuff is so thick I use it instead of glue to hold a shock pad to my aluminum ram base XD, but thing I'm trying to get at is Superlube requires a very very small amount to be effective.

I can understand why ky did so well. KY was originally developed to be used as a spacecraft lubricant, and someone on the team thought that since the chemical composition is human safe, it could be used for... stuff.

Had to do a quick Google search on zam-buk to see what is was. Found this "it was reported that the formulation comprised 66% paraffin wax, 20% pale resin (colophony), and 14% eucalyptus oil, with small amounts of other ingredients." So basically it's wax. So maybe you could wax a barrel with it...

Tbh as low as the FPS is the consistent FPS from Super Lube is pretty good for accuracy.

That's what I was thinking like with my own testing Superlube has REALLY low standard deviation with my TCB

I use super lube to keep my longshot under the fps cap for games, our cap is 250 and with super lube I average 245 with lows of 240 highs of 250 but with omw grease I get 235 lows and 265 highs.
