There is an expectation to help provide financial support for them. Some cultures are upfront about it. You have to pay a Dari to marry the woman. Some cultures are not up front about it. On top of that if you bring the woman back to the U.S. which I don’t recommend. You have to pay thousands of dollars is fees for the K1 visa or the fiancée visa. There will be meetings, medical screenings, background checks, tons of paperwork etc… some ppl get a lawyer to help expedite the process. That all cost money. That process will probably cost $10,000USD give or take. You bring her to the U.S. & she can’t work for about 3 months then you marry her it makes the process faster. But that whole time she can’t work. Like I said if she’s from one of these poor countries she probably helps support her entire family not just parents & siblings. Potentially an entire village. That production has to be replaced. These are conversations dudes don’t have with these women until after you married her and it’s too late. Of course she will be away from her family her lifeline and support system. Either you make frequent trips to them. Or you fly them to you. Or you help sponsor them to become US citizens. Either way. That burden will fall on you. The woman will down play this and say it’s not like that. But it’s a lie. On top of this. If you don’t live in the country on it’s a LDR how can you properly vet her to make sure she is truly single and childless? Lot of guys marry these chicks and they come to America divorce the guy and marry their real man. Foreign women are more feminine and play the long game. They have better game. A feminine woman doesn’t mean a good woman of character. If you do want a foreign wife do not date a woman that’s from the slums, favelas, or the village. That means her entire is poor and she is financially supporting them. Try and find a woman from a middle class background with an education and career. There are tons of pretty dirt poor women in the world that look like models and flawless but live in a shack washing their ass with a bucket. I’m telling you. Don’t listen to these simps on KZbin.
