A diarrhea-vomiting combo is NEVER good but especially not when it makes you miss the Aurora Borealis - if it helps, it seems like a ton of people either missed it or weren’t able to see it despite being in the zone for it (me included), so at least you aren’t alone. you didn't miss much, you can't see most of it with just your eyes you had to use a phone camera in a ton of places. I only know this because I stood outside staring up at a cloudless sky for half an hour wondering where it is while someone about 15 minutes away sent me pictures they took of it with their phone
