An ex-boyfriend of mine used to make guacamole from this video all the time. So glad I finally found it again. I miss the guacamole! -- not so much the ex. This dip has excellent flavor, and the ketchup/queso mixture is a great addition.

No doubt, he is certainly a unique character. I got to meet him once, and be part of a group photo after a show with him, but it was very short, so no time for conversation. A good friend of mine knows him well, has known all the guys in the band for about 45 years, since shortly before they hit the big time in the early 1970s. Said Billy is one of the smartest people he knows.
