he has to, or else the game wont end until he's taken every pixel, which is tedious as there can be dozens of tiny islands that he has to wait for boats to get to, especially fiji on the oceania map

How do you win so many times in territorial i have never won territorial

I just started and won a few after a bit of practice 😊 Having a good start is key. Just reproduce what he does until the end of the bot phase, you'll have a good chance being the early crown, at least top 5. Then the mind game begins and it can be a bit random, but most of the time just be patient, build lots of troops and try to adapt to the situation : if you're strong in a corner, play it low-key as you wanna get forgotten. If there's some mexican standoff on the way or any other tricky situation, make alliances. People tend to be passive and simply follow. It's easier. Choose a partner and look for a mutually beneficial target. Be proactive. When you're more used to it, you can foresee good alliances and expansions minimizing the number of your borders etc., but you don't need all of that to win your first game 🙂
