The moving planets is something that's really underdone in space strategy games. The only other thing I can think of that has done it is Interplanetary, and that was more focused on planetary maintenance and accounting for gravity. Nice to see it play a part in big fleet warfare here.

so a few minuets in and i see something that brings joy to me eyes. They combined reaserch into one building instead of forcing us to have two of them and make us use up the very limted logistic slots we had.

I only got the original for the Star Trek mods, the base game itself was pretty cool but the modd added so much. Will hold out till it's on steam and some star trek mods become available.

No idea TBH, the big changes are under the hood so far, you can see all the old assets in place at the moment on the surface of things, no idea what their ambition is to make this a real sequal, modders are probably very excited at some of the new functionality and ability to scale with 64bit processing etc.
