House Frey is not a major house in Westeros. A major house rules an entire region-like the Starks in the North or the Lannisters in the Westerlands. The Tullys are the ruling house of the Riverlands, and the Freys are vassals to the Tullys. They control a bridge. That’s it. The Bolton are just like the tallies. They are vessels to house stark until they betray them. Got it?
