Because people think just cause we see them laughing a lot together as friends it'd make a "Great couple" and while some actors,youtubers etc may not mind there's been times where youtubers have been shipped with their friends and they were clearly uncomfortable about it. Sure they might not mind but it's better to say nothing than just ship people with their friends in hopes they won't. And you also have to factor in how their partners feel about it, If I was married and my husband was being shipped with one of his friends that I know is also in a relationship i'd be pretty annoyed
