There was one guy that we stumbled across that had a blank roll of receipt paper in his pocket. Anytime it looked like there was a fight breaking out over the smiley face, he'd pull out the roll and draw a smiley for every kid in the cart and hand it to the parent, telling the kids they had to be good and listen to their parents to get theirs.
