I've NEVER hated her. I knew she was my favorite from the very first episode when she ask Sansa "Have you bled yet?" And she turns around and tells Cat "Such a beauty shouldn't stay in this place forever" or something like that. So she complimented her daughter and insulted her home. And I've LOVED her ever since.
