It's a version of Robert's arrival theme , I love these references

It was first used as Robert "Bow you shits" Baratheon's arrival. But you can hear variations of it when Tommen allies the Crown and the Faith, when Jon knews his royal blood at the end of this episode. So, it could be just a "Royal theme".

@@ETCABEZON It's a Baratheon motif, used in the King's Arrival as we all know, but also in Wildfire and Don't Die with a Clean Sword (battle of the blackwater) to accompany Stannis. We also hear it used again when Gendry learns of his Baratheon blood. When you mention Tommen's joining with the faith it is still relevent to his house but is mainly used for dramatic effect rather than consistent storytelling. In short, it is the baratheon motif but in this case it's being uses to mirror the King's Arrival.

You're right, this is the Baratheon theme, but I think they wanted to associate it with the regal theme of the crown, and Daenerys arrives at Winterfell as the Rightful Queen of the 7 Kingdoms.
