There is said that 2nd player takes 2 cards, 3rd takes 3 and 4th player takes 4 cards. Does it apply only for the 1st round of move or all the game moves ?

Where did you find this game? Seems only at CoolStuff and the want about $8 to ship a little card game by itself!
