If you let one player go first it would become a sequential game, right ? Is that what you mean by extensive form

Yes, in this example I'm going from simultaneous to sequential. Apologies, I should have made that clear since you can represent sequential in normal form (in a matrix) but that's not what I've done here, here I'm going from simultaneous to sequential.
