Love this concept! To mix it up with more regular Pokémon how about choosing them from champion teams and other trainers with their own theme song? Be fun to see if people will gamble for certain Pokémon, especially if the trainer has some weaker mons on their team.

It´s got that radiant sun overlord energy in its theme. Sadly Ultra Necrozma won´t return for the same reason the Primals wont return. You need to use the generation mechanic to summon it. (If you didn´t know you need to use the Ultranecrozmium Z - Z-move on a dusk mane or dawn wings Necrozma which also allows it to upgrade Photon Geysire into "Light that burns the sky" which is probably the most metal move in all of Pokémon history.)

⁠​⁠@@lennartstockl5826weirdly, Ultra Necrozma is actually in the code of Scarlet and Violet, along with literally every other Pokémon. Not the models, but the stats, movesets and typings are all preserved. Likewise, Mega Stones have been found in the code, but are currently without function. Similarly, the Legend Plate is present, but completely non-functional. This is presumably for preservation purposes, though there is _that_ possibility, given every single Mega Exclusive ability is already in the game.

Video idea: Choose your starter by only knowing 2 random pieces of info. The idea being you give your opponent a "minor" and a "major" piece of info regarding the starter. Minor info can be stuff like height, weight, one of their type matchups(a weakness or resistance), or one of their base stats. Things that don't have much potential to give away what it is. Major info would be things like their footprint, their typing, or at least one of their their types, their base stat total, or maybe the first letter of their name. Things that will narrow it down a bit more. You could use 2 wheels to randomly decide what pieces of info your opponent is getting, or you could just let each player choose which pieces of info to give the opponent, so they can aim for misleads. Could also give the player some reward for guessing a Pokemon correctly, like letting them reroll their ability if the random one they get is no good, or some punishment for failing to guess correctly like not letting them pick which starter they take. Since it's basically just a mashup of previously used video formats it can really be tweaked however

That's very creative using the Azure Flute for Arceus!! Sorry for being late but I really love these as I love legendary battle themes. Also gotta love how you heard Origin Dialga/Palkia theme, didn't recognize it (I did instantly) and said "OH YES that sounds awesome! I pick that one!" Just goes to show that a lot of time, the greatest legendary/mythics have the best themes! Look at Rayquaza, Origin Dialga/Palkia, Ultra Necrozma, Giratina, Ho-Oh, Galarian birds, Xerneas/Yveltal and Arceus. Can't forget Deoxys either! :)

It's insane that you guys just completely disrespect how OP Zacian is. It's the best Fairy type in the game and is basically an auto win button. And in a video where you fight with 6 legendaries, there are a trillion dragon type legendaries, so having something that completely owns all of them is a huge deal. Also, it's one of the few legendaries that's just ridiculously faster than everything else. Rayquaza, for all the simping that Pokemon nerds do for it, is only base 95 speed, while Zacian is 138 speed and Zacian-Crowned is 148 speed.

I’m a little confused, because, later on in the video, Luke and Pat were bantering over the fact Giratina couldn’t use toxic on arceus in the misty surge. But at 17:54, I knew i wasn’t tripping, bc Giratina used toxic here, same scenario, misty surge, but it hit the articuno. I’ve always loved Pokémon, I love battling on showdown, just got back into Pokémon recently, but man, I don’t think I will ever understand the battling on a deep level lmao.
