Idea: We pick Pokémon through the Monty Hall problem. (Title needs work.) You randomly pick one of the three starters. The opponent then picks one of the Pokémon to reveal. Could be the one you picked, could be one of the other two. At that point you can choose to stay with your choice or to switch to either of the other mons, including the revealed one. Yeah, that's not really the Monty Hall problem. And purely statistically the first blind pick is completely superfluous. But it could lead to funny mind games...
