If you see around hollywood top directors or their culture they won't be egoistic to admit thei mistakes. That's progressive mindset culture. While here we indians rarely ever accept our mistakes and try to defend rather than accepting. Shankar is not living in 90s , almost 90% reviews and people's view is negative with is indian 2 and game changer. He set a bar for his own creations then to underdelivering is hugely disappointing. Right from I , his movies began to fail
